EFSE Development Facility – Access and implementation process for technical assistance
Partner lending institutions in target countries can access the European Fund for Southeast Europe Development Facility's technical assistance support and its consulting and training services through three different methods:- prior to an investment and after due diligence is completed,
- proactively by EFSE, e.g. promoting a new product or offering a specific training, or
- through a specific partner lending institution request to EFSE.
