EFSE Development Facility’s structure

The Development Facility of the European Fund for Southeast Europe is structured independently from the Fund as a Trust Fund under Luxembourg law. It is overseen by the EFSE Development Facility Committee, which comprises three donor representatives. As the ultimate authority, the DFC approves all Development Facility activities and supervises its management. The EFSE Development Facility is formally managed by Oppenheim Asset Management Services S.à r.l. as the Fund Manager. Projects are developed and monitored by the EFSE Fund Advisor, Finance in Motion GmbH.
