In cooperation with one of Germany's leading economic and financial newspapers, Financial Times Deutschland, the EFSE hosted a high-class half-day event on the topic "Microfinance - an attractive asset class for banks and investors?" on September 30, 2010 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
More than 50 financial practitioners discussed the potential of microfinance: Are microfinance funds an attractive asset class for institutional and private investors? What is the potential of the microfinance market? Which successful business models for microfinance do exist?
